Cormor Park

Yesterday morning I had my footing (just 4 km run) in the Cormor park, before going to work. Differently from thursday, when I went running in the lunch time and I saw the chicks passing by, yesterday I noticed that all the gymn tools have been changed since last winter.
They are far better than old ones, with a big and well explaining picture about the exercise to do.

The only things wrong with that is about the rings and a rope to climb. Now, I am tonic, i practise fitness every other day, but I am not so good like the pic suggested me to do: I had to make the cross at the rings like Jury Chechi Chechi Juri; and even if I was able to do the cross, there were space enough between the left ring and the support. Since there are two couples of rings, I used the upper ones, and raised myself with the power of my arms; again, the ropes where too short, so I hit the crossing beam with my head. Maybe the target of the exercise was to train the head muscles :D

Second note about the spot with a rope and a perch: the target is to climb both of them. But the top of the rope was about at only 2 meters from the field, and since I am over 6 feet tall, I just raised my hand to reach the top: again I think I didn't get the target of the exercise :)
