Seatpad

This is a small puppet made as a seatpad: very easy to do.

Inflate a balloon till a diameter of about 2 inches, and cover with newspaper sheet. Once dried, cut a piece from the bottom such as to have a base.
Use a drinking straw and a visiting card for sign-board: stick the visiting card to the straw with some tape.
Use some pasteboard as a base: I used a beer drip-mat, the one used to serve a glass of beer :)

Use a ball of toilet paper as hands and feet: stick the hands on the side of the ball, and feet on the base.
Cover all with 3 layers of toilet paper and paint with bright colors.
