As usual, inflate a balloon till you get a diameter of about 4 inches.
Meanwhile, inflate another balloon, smaller this time, to form the head of Santa.
Once covered with paper, cut a piece of the ball from both balloons, to have a base for body of santa, and a base for head to put over the body.
For arms and legs, take a sheet of newspaper and fold it over and over again, till you get a one inch width strip; be sure the strip is thick.
Do 4 of these strips (2 for legs and 2 for arms), and stick it with some tape on the bottom of the body (legs) and on the sides of body (arms).
Fold the strips at about 1 inch from the bottom, to form hands and feet.
Create a very small ball just from toilet paper and use it as a nose and stick in the head.
You lack the hat, so take a sheet of paper and roll it, shape it as a cone. Cut from the base, such as you can put it on the head of Santa Claus, and stick it with some tape.
Twist the hat, let it fall on the shooulder.

Now cover it all again with other 3 layers of toilet paper, such to have just one thing.

Once dried, color with a bright red, black gloves and boots, some button for jacket and so on ...

Use some cotton-whool for beard, gloves and boots, and there it is!
