Nemo

Here it is little Nemo!
As usual, making this fish is easy, and material is always the same:

Take the balloon and inflate big enough for you; cover it with at least 3 layers of paper and then finish with other 3 layers of toilet paper.
At half of the covering, stick the fins: two pectorals fins, the spinous dorsal fin and caudal fin.
You can put the caudal fin in the hole left from the balloon. Use some glue to attach the fins, or make a small cut on the ball and have this way a small hole: put the fin in it and use some glue or wax.

Since it is a ball, you have to make also some kind of base to the fish to lay it on the table, for example; I used the cap of a pvc bottle, and fixed it on the bottom of the fish.

Then caver all with other papier mache, 3 or 4 times again.

Having completed with paper, use some sandpaper and smooth small grains that may have come in previous steps.

Finally colors: I painted with a opaque white, then a brilliant orange and brilliant white for vertical stripes, orange for fins and "face", and some black for details.
